Jowar Kheer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 9GRAMS Sprouted Jowar/sorghum
  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond or other milk
  • Green cardamoms
  • 1/4 sugar
  • Chopped almonds and pistachios

Instructions

  1. Soak Sprouted Jowar for 10 min. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes, allow a natural steam release.
  2. Remove the lid and add the milk and crushed cardamoms. Saute/ cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add in the sugar, if reuired and stir well.
  4. Serve warm garnished with the nuts.
