Jowar Kheer
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 9GRAMS Sprouted Jowar/sorghum
- 1 and 1/2 cups almond or other milk
- Green cardamoms
- 1/4 sugar
- Chopped almonds and pistachios
Instructions
- Soak Sprouted Jowar for 10 min. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes, allow a natural steam release.
- Remove the lid and add the milk and crushed cardamoms. Saute/ cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add in the sugar, if reuired and stir well.
- Serve warm garnished with the nuts.
